Where Purpose Becomes Strategy, Integrity Becomes Leadership.

Coaching and strategic advisory for founders, executives, and leadership teams in moments of transition.

The five-year plan has become a comfortable lie.

AI, polarization, geopolitical volatility, and ecological pressure have changed what it takes to lead an organization. Operational excellence is no longer enough to lead, or even to survive. What replaces the plan is not more planning. It is a different kind of leader.

Three questions, one conversation.

Lennart Hennig in a white shirt, leaning against a concrete pillar and smiling at the camera. Black and white.

Every serious decision has to answer three questions. Does it hold up against the market, the numbers, the facts? Is it right for the people who have to live with it? And is it coherent: does it fit the person who has to carry it? Most leaders get the first answered by consultants, the second by coaches, and the third by no one.

I work on all three in the same conversation. Six years at Kearney taught me to read a market, a P&L, and a board. Transformational coaching taught me to read a room, a body, a moment of truth. And years of dialectical and integral thought taught me to pay attention to the deeper motions of an ecology of life, which is where the third question lives.

More about me

Purpose * Strategy. Integrity * Leadership.

Without purpose, strategy is just tactics. Without integrity, leadership is just authority. Each pair only generates power when both are present. One without the other is zero.

What I pay attention to

AI made the analysis cheap. It made the leader more important, not less.

When analysis, content, and code become nearly free, the scarce resource is no longer the strategy deck. It is the judgment to know what the analysis is for, the integrity to act on it, and a leadership team’s ability to think together about a future that doesn’t resemble the past.

I build software with AI myself, so I advise on it from practice, not from a vendor’s slides. My advice on AI is about strategy and judgment. I don’t sell tools.
